The company was founded in 2006 with majority of foreign capital and basic idea to deal with rural tourism including large number of various contents implied by this concept as well as to provide various types of intellectual services aimed at supporting of the local economic development.
Having this in mind the material basis was created, i.e. a real state with some facilities was bought and reconstructed at the abandoned hamlet of the village of Jakovac named Beljici in the municipality of Knjazevac and this ethno entity was named ETHNO HOUSE “TORLACI”.
